What is Hawaii Style Beef Jerky?

• Here in Hawaii we make our Beef Jerky more thin and crispy than your normal chewy jerky. Each Beef Jerky is thinly sliced so it eats more like a crispy chip. Also known as a Beef Chip and Crispy Beef Jerky here in Hawaii.

How long does your Crispy Beef Jerky last?

• If the bag stays sealed and unopened our Crispy Beef Jerky could last about 2-3 months. Depending on the storage condition. Try not to store our products in direct sunlight and in a room temperature room is okay. Refrigeration is not necessary but is okay as well.

When will you re-stock your items?

• We always try our best to keep our 6 "Core Flavors" Crispy Beef Jerky in stock. The 6 Core Flavors are: Original, Cracked Pepper, Green Dragon, Ox Tail Soup, Yakiniku and Spicy Ginger Teriyaki. Our special flavors get updated each Thursday around 12pm HST.

Do you ship to the United States?

•  Yes we ship to all 50 States.

Do you ship internationally?

• Unfortunately we do not ship out internationally at the moment but it is something we hope to offer in the future.

How do I order?

• Click "Shop" at the top of the page, and add the items to your cart. Then click "Checkout" when you are ready to pay.
• You can also order in advance pick up by choosing the “Pick Up” option during checkout. We will have your order pulled and ready to pick up before you arrive.

Can I place and order over the weekend?

• Our Kona St. shop is closed over the weekends so you won’t be able to pick up your orders. But you can place an order over the weekend and it will be ready to pick up on Monday.

How fast is the shipping?

• We understand the excitement of getting your newly made Crispy Beef Jerky online order as soon as possible! So we try to ship out orders as soon as you place them!
• If you manage to get your order in before 2pm HST in Hawaii you’ll most likely see your order delivered to you the day after. As our mail person picks up packages around that time. (Unless ordering on a Friday or weekend items won’t get shipped out till Monday).
• If you’re ordering from the mainland or the rest of the 49 States you’ll most likely receive your order within less than 7 business days depending on your location. East coast orders will take a bit longer than West coast orders.

When will you be making Special Flavor Beef Chips? Example: Dill and Phoenix Feather Beef Chips?

• Each of our Special flavors are limited batches. Meaning we only make a certain amount each week. Each week we like to try and rotate the special flavor of the week. We also usually drop the new special flavors on Thursday's 12pm HST. Follow our social media to get updated on what flavors are available each week!

Where are you located?

• We are located in 1234 Kona St. in Honolulu Hawaii, next to Ala Moana Shopping Center close to Waikiki. Neighbors to Purve Donut Stop and right above Side Street Inn Restaurant.

I tried a crispy beef jerky at the Aloha Stadium Swap Meet are you guys the same as those crispy beef jerky?

• We currently do not sell at the Swap Meet at Aloha Stadium but we do sell our version of the same crispy beef jerky that you find at the local swap meet. Come down and try us out if the Swap Meet isn’t open!
